Description
Astia maculata is a species of jumper found in Queensland and NSW underneath the bark of trees. They grow to 10mm in length and have a calm temperament.
Adults are black with white highlights and males have a yellow spot at the end of the abdomen.
This individual has lost a leg and is an adult female – please be aware she may be gravid.
Currently eating x-small crickets
