Description

These stunning centipedes are found in northern NSW, Queensland and the NT. They are usually a base purple-brown with bright blue legs however this colour form is found in inland FNQ and is a bright red and yellow with some blue accents on the legs.

Rhysida nuda are one of, if not the fastest centipedes in Australia partly due to their flighty temperament and long legs.

Rhysida nuda grow to about 90mm in length.

All centipedes require moist coco peat as substrate and need only be fed once every week or two.
