Description
Scolopendra morsitans is Australias 2nd largest centipede species and comes in dozens of colour forms depending on locality. This form is fairly standard and is from Denham, near Shark Bay in WA. Lots of other forms from different localitys have this Australian-standard Red head, pale/bluish legs, pale brown tergites and contrasting bands. Adults of this form grow to 140mm. Current length around 35mm.
