Description
These are retiring breeding stock females, thus sold at a discount.
Females are white with speckles to blend in with the sand. They are closely related to our undescribed SA species, but differ in leg colour among other things. The males are shiny black peacock spiders who look very much like flies to the untrained eye.
Care Instructions:
Food: pinheads, average feeding is crickets every three days.
The cricket should be half the body size of the spider (excl legs)
These jumpers require fine beach sand or very fine crushed shells to enable them to make their sleeping sacks in the sand. Keep the sand dry. Please set up the enclosure with more floor space than height, so horizontal if possible.

She’s so fantastic. Absolutely adorable, confident, active and very curious. She’s eating well and exploring her new home. I’m excited to see her bury into the sand. She’s very friendly. And I must say the body is round (Sorry for the blurry image).

I have bought a lot of spiders from bug frenzy and this was another amazing purchase. She’s so beautiful and cute and very healthy. Highly recommend purchasing anything from bug frenzy. Their enclosures are also fabulous. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve purchased from there, will happily buy again.
