These small (up to 70mm leg span) huntsmans are found from northern Victoria up the east coast up to FNQ. Compared to other huntsmans, they are quite relaxed and slow and are as result less of an escape risk. These spiders are quite chinky, and are a mottled grey, brown and black pattern to help them camouflage against bark.
