Description

Could this be Australia’s prettiest wolf?  Their white colour and unique patterning is something special.

Tetralycosa oraria is a medium-sized wolf spider found on beaches across the Southern and Western half of Australia. These spiders are most commonly found at the high tide mark sheltering in washed up seaweed, or on and around the rocks of coastal structures.  They do well on sand or cocopeat and enjoys climbing at night, and hiding in the day if possible.

They are very variable in appearance and almost every individual has a unique pattern.
