You will then build a complete bioactive enclosure designed specifically for this species — including live plants, natural substrate, climbing structures, and a cleanup crew.

Join Ruby from Bug Frenzy for a dedicated workshop on one of Australia’s most impressive scorpions — the Flinders Ranges Scorpion (Urodacus elongatus).
Learn about scorpion biology, safety, handling, feeding, and natural behaviours. You will build a secure, naturalistic enclosure suited to this species’ burrowing lifestyle.
