Description
Another new Peacock spider we have discovered – this time in arid Gibber plains in Central South Australia. Gibber is a type of flat, stony desert with little vegetation.
The females of this species are guanine coloured with little patterning.
Photo is of the male species – available in stock now.
Setup: They will need a horizontal setup, with substrate a mix of red sand and cocopeat. These little jumpers are really small, about 4-5 mm in size and needs true pinheads/baby crickets or fruit flies to survive. X-small crickets will be too large for them. If you don’t have access to the appropriate food size/type please do not purchase. If you purchase our “Teeny crickets” with this order we will include true pinheads instead.
