Description

Selenotypus is a genus of Australian Tarantulas. They are generally small in size, robust and slower growing than Phlogius and Cormiocnemis.

This species is from inland queensalnd.

They are a calm and hardy species and are excellent for beginners.

Tarantulas are generally most diverse in the semi-arid savannah areas of northern Queensland

WARNING : Tarantulas have tarsal claws and scopula pads and can climb plastic and glass, be careful.

    So cute! She’s very small and I suppose won’t grow very quickly, but I love the process 🙂 Settled in quickly and made her burrow right up against the edge of her enclosure, so I can still get a good look at her when she’s underground!
