The Green-bellied huntsman is Australia’s largest species of huntsman, reaching up to about 180mm in legspan. These spiders are widely distributed but uncommon, found from the top end east to Qld and down to western victoria. They prefer drier areas. T.barbata are fast growing and very easy to keep.
