Important Information
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 9 years and older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Health & Safety: These workshops involve live arachnids. If you have allergies or severe phobias, please contact us before booking.
- Cancellation Policy: – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Full refund. – Cancellations made within 7 days: No refund (but you may transfer your ticket to another person). – Bug Frenzy reserves the right to cancel workshops due to low numbers (full refund issued).
- All animals are captive-bred and healthy. We have a 7 day period after the workshop has ended for any replacements for deaths.
- Participants are responsible for the ongoing care of their animal after the workshop.
