Description

These spiders are found in SA and Victoria where stye can be found in grassy areas. Males are black and cream, with a nice tuxedo pattern. Females are grey with some mottled and striped patterns on them. Like most wolf spiders, these are excellent feeders and usually remain visible in the day. These spiders are around 17mm in body length when mature (female). They are easy to care for and if given slightly moist substrate in even a fairly small container, they will thrive.
