Description
Simaethula are very small jumping spiders that are believed to mimic beetles. They are quite cute and often a dark colour with lots of iridescence.
These ones are quite small and rely on fruit flies and newborn pinhead crickets. They may also be able to escape through ventilation holes that are larger than 1.5mm.
Do not purchase unless you are able to provide suitable food!
