Description

Maratus pavonis is found in bushland and near coastal areas. Females are brown, grey and robust with chunky bodies like most Maratus females.  They are excellent hunters and do not need a feeding cup.  Setup can be horizontal or vertical, Bug box 2.0 is preferred as they are quite active!

In this kit you will receive:

• The Bug box 2.0 (large) with kit (includes bark hide, substrate and fake plants) – Size of enclosure is 15 x 15 x 20cm
• Green-tailed Peacock jumping spider (Maratus pavonis) – captive bred sub-adult/adult female
• Free snack tub of crickets – these are the correct size for your jumper and will last for 5 feeds over two weeks

To complete your kit (if you are a beginner) we suggest getting:

• a spray bottle for misting
