Description
A very pretty species, and one that usually looks quite similar to Tasmanicosa harmsi (Sunburst wolf spider), and while T. ramosa is often the same reddish-brown colour, this species lacks the blue legs and instead has more prominent white markings on the body. This species also differs in ventral pattern and other subtle characteristics.
They grow to a similar size (25-30mm) and live in burrows in semi-arid woodland or mallee habitat.
This species can be found in SA, VIC and western NSW.
*sold as captive-bred juveniles*
