Description

Lynx spiders are an interesting group of spiders, acting somewhat in-between crab spiders (camouflaged sit and wait predators on plants) and jumping spiders (Active hunters, usually on plants) as they jump and move similarly to jumping spiders, but also sit-and-wait like crab spiders.

This species is found on Adelaide beaches, usually on the tussock grass in the dunes. This is a medium sized species, growing to 7-12mm in body length.
