Description
This species is found in Southern WA. They are mainly found on or very close to beaches, where they dig short, spiralling burrows on the dunes. This species grows to 85mm in body length and can be quite defensive, as shown in the photograph, when disturbed. They should be kept on sand and coco-peat to a ratio of about 60s:40p with enough depth to burrow, keep slightly moist or use a false bottom system, but for this species false bottoms are optional.
