Description
Austracantha minax is a species of Araneid orb-weaving spiders endemic to Australia. They grow to 10mm in body length and weave orb-webs in warmer areas of the continent.

Care:
Food: flies are an ideal food source, or small crickets tossed into the web work as well.
Housing: You’ll need an enclosure, with a web frame for them to construct the orb-web. They can also be kept free-range, many plants are suitable, ensure they are not treated with pesticides however.
