• This large jumping spider is found in the Perth Hills, WA and choose to hang from a silk thread at night.
• The males of this species are a dark grey with cool light chevron patterns on the carapace and abdomen and elongated front legs.
• Opisthoncus males may be skittish so aren’t recommended to be handled
