Description
These very long, attractively banded millipedes are found on mountain slopes the semi-arid Flinders ranges. The body is black with a slightly rough texture and cream-yellow bands. Iulomorphids are usually odourless, fairly active and are very hardy in captivity however breed very slowly. Millipedes need moist substrate and fallen dried leaves and rotting wood as food.
These millipedes are quite slender however have very long bodies and rich about 80mm in length.
