Description
Ethmostigmus rubripes is Australias largest centipede, with some forms growing to 24cm in length.
This is a very typical tiger form being moderately slender with an orange-caramel body and black bands. This form is from Northern NSW and southern QLD and reaches about 190mm in length.
These are third instar pedelings that are about 30mm long. Centipedes are slow growers and will take several years to reach a large size.
