Maratus pavonis is found in NSW, VIC and certain parts of WA and SA. Those from the east coast have a blue and red abdomen, while those from WA have a green and red abdomen. They are medium-large peacock spiders, growing to 4mm in length.

Arrived happy and healthy! Feliz was packed perfectly inside the cube custom acrylic enclosure I bought. It’s amazing to watch Feliz hunt, jump around the cube and wave his little legs around. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely buy more jumping spiders from here in the future.

Unfortunately my little peacock spider didn’t survive the trip,….although he was well packed & had everything needed for the trip.
