Description
Black Rock Scorpions – Urodacus manicatus makes excellent low maintenance pets. These hardy scorpions are found in short burrows under rocks and logs throughout southern Australia. Their average size is 40-50mm. They are best kept alone or housed with the opposite sex. They will need deep enough substrate to burrow, mix our sand and coco-peat around 50-50, and moisten it slightly, also provide a piece of bark or a rock under which the scorpion can hide.
